Set in 18 acres in the heart of Somerset, Babington House opened as a luxury hotel and private members' club in 1998 for those who wanted to enjoy the countryside but weren't prepared to compromise urban luxuries. It is just a two hour drive from London or an hour and 20 minutes by train to Bath Spa.
There are 32 bedrooms, 23 in the Main House and Coach House and five family rooms in the Stable Block. The Lodge is located at the top of the driveway and has three bedrooms. There are also three bedrooms adjacent to Cowshed Relax with views over the Walled Garden.
Other facilities at Babington House include Cowshed Active with indoor and outdoor pools, gym, steam room, sauna, aroma rooms and cinema. There is also Cowshed Relax offering a range of face and body treatments, a shop and three bedrooms.
In the grounds there are four grass tennis courts, a hard tennis court, cricket pitch, croquet lawn, lake, church and walled garden.
The Main House has the Kitchen, Log Room, Orangery, Bar, Library, Pool Room and Study.
